Grown at over 1,800 metres, this is roasted darker (full city) to enhance this bean's lingering chocolate flavours. This is perfect in a latte or moccha and blends superbly with our Hilina Ethiopan Yirgacheffe to create a blend that is both bright and fruity on the front pallet, as well has full bodied and lingering.
